If requested by the patient, we can take care of the entire prescription management process:
1. We check with patients how long their medication and medical assistive equipment lasts. At the beginning of every quarter, we remind patients to submit new referrals/ hand in their health insurance cards at the treating physician’s surgery.
2. We order the prescription from the patients´ physician directly and are available to answer questions regarding the prescription.
3. We supply the patients with medication and medical devices as well as relevant medical assistive equipment. In addition, our partner pharmacy deals with any questions relating directly to health insurance companies, i.e. reimbursement of costs.
In this way we ensure that patients have a constant supply of medication and medical assistive equipment as needed.
