The Meditel team offers all-round support for patients via our highly trained field and service center staff.
In close consultation with our customers, our highly-qualified project management oversees the conception of complex new projects. Upon our customer’s request, we can implement changes into the ongoing projects. Subsequently our project managers assume oversight, continuous monitoring and solution management of the project. This also includes implementation of trainings, maintenance of IT systems, adverse event management and organizational supervision of patient support programs.
In addition, our project management ensures coordination of the nursing team as well as evaluation of detailed monthly reports for our customers. Project management is a competent contact for all customer interests or questions:
Meditel carries out all aspects of communication (via phone and written communication) on behalf of the customer. We set up an individual and free service hotline for every project. Our qualified back office will be available to answer all questions for our customers at the desired times. Upon request a 24h or weekend on-call service can be established.
For patients with limited knowledge of the German language, our service includes the option to seek the assistance of professional and accredited interpreters.
